The ZBW - Leibniz Information Centre for Economics and the academic publisher Taylor & Francis have negotiated a three-year Open Access transformation agreement, as open-access.network previously reported. 140 universities and research institutions are now participating in the consortium. The "Read & Publish" agreement, which starts in 2024, enables the OA publication of articles in more than 2000 hybrid journals and access to journals from Taylor & Francis and the Routledge imprint. The agreement is intended to benefit the humanities and social sciences in particular.
