Taylor & Francis and the Forum 13+ working group have negotiated a three-year open access transformation agreement aimed at advancing disciplines in the humanities and social sciences in particular. Launching in 2024, the Read & Publish agreement will enable OA publication of articles in more than 2000 hybrid journals and access to journals from Taylor & Francis and the Routledge imprint.
Institutions can now join
German higher education and research institutions can now join the consortium to participate in the transformation contract. The consortium is set up and managed by the ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics.
About the Forum 13+ working group
The Forum 13+ working group is an independent working group of experts from German library consortia as stakeholders in national licensing, OA infrastructure projects, university libraries, the German Library Association (dbv) and the German Research Foundation (DFG). The aim of the activities is to exchange views on issues relating to the modelling and practical implementation of OA transformation agreements and to coordinate negotiations with small and medium-sized publishers or scientific societies.
