The Open Access Büro Berlin (OABB) has published the second version of the state dossiers of the oa.atlas as part of the open-access.network project. They present the strategic developments of Open Access at the level of the German federal states in a structured form and highlight various activities and good practices.
The state dossiers are available as a PubPub collection [German only]: They include the dossiers of the individual federal states, the BMBF as well as an introduction and a second publication of the joint federal and state guidelines. Publication on PubPub makes it possible to comment on the texts. The collection is the continuation of the brochure “Open Access Atlas Deutschland: Status Quo in Bund und Länder” from 2022. The federal state dossiers will also be regularly updated in the future.
