Wiley signs open access agreement with consortium in Israel

Veröffentlicht am

Multinational academic publisher Wiley announced in late December 2021 a new three-year open access agreement with MALMAD-the Inter-University Center for Digital Information Services in Israel, to begin in 2022. MALMAD acts as a consortium for the acquisition, licensing and management of digital information services for Israeli universities and colleges.

The agreement is Wiley's first in the region and will allow researchers from 24 participating institutions to publish accepted articles in any of Wiley's hybrid open access journals.  All articles published during the term of the agreement will be freely accessible in open access. At the same time, the publisher grants the participating institutions free access to its subscription content.
