Springer Science+Business Media and the Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU) have concluded an agreement that will allow Dutch universities to access over 2000 Springer journals. Moreover, the agreement includes a joint commitment to move towards open access publishing for all publicly funded research results from the Netherlands.
