PubPsych is operated jointly by the Leibniz Institute for Psychology Information, which is based at the University of Trier, the French Institut de l'Information Scientifique et Technique, the Spanish Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, the Dutch National Academic Research and Collaborations Information System, the National Library of Norway, the U.S. National Library of Medicine, and the Education Resources Information Center in Washington. Committed to the principle of Open Access, PubPsych supports open access to educational resources and promotes the active participation of threshold and developing countries in the global exchange of scientific and scholarly information. The PubPsych portal can be searched in English, French, Spanish, and German.
