The iRights.Lab has published a policy paper that provides an overview of the current legal situation in Germany with regard to the right of secondary publication. It is addressed primarily to scholars and scientists in the humanities and the social sciences.
The paper is based on a study commissioned by Thomas Ernst (University of Duisburg-Essen, Global Young Faculty) within the framework of the working group "Potential of Digital Media in Science".
