A new programme of the "Stifterverband" supports five selected universities for one year in the development and implementation of an open science strategy. The Road2Openness – Open-Science-Strategiewerkstatt (Road2Openness - Open Science Strategy Workshop) programme is aimed at managers and open science practitioners from institutions that are pursuing the goal of developing a university-wide open science strategy within one year. Participants are supported through targeted workshops, consultation hours, dialogue and networking. Public higher education institutions and universities in Germany that are ideally still in the early stages of developing an open science strategy can apply until 15 September 2024.
