Our next Open Access Barcamp will take place online from 28 to 29 April 2022. There, interested members of the Open Access community will have the opportunity to get into interaction with others, to network, and to learn from each other. In comparison to traditional conferences, the barcamp format is more open and does not have a predefined program. Instead, participants can propose topics or hold sessions themselves and thus discuss the issues that they are interested in. All topics related to Open Access are welcome. What was proven to be successful last year will be taken up again: In order to support the exchange online, the format will take place in the conference tool Gather and will include components for networking. The Barcamp is organised by the Communication, Information and Media Centre (KIM) of the University of Konstanz as part of the open-access.network project.
