On 3 November 2010, the University of Goettingen departments headed by Professor Dr Gerald Spindler and Professor Dr Andreas Wiebe will host the fourth Goettingen Copyright Conference (Goettinger Urheberrechtstagung) in cooperation with Goettingen State and University Library (SUB). This year's conference is entitled "Permanent copyright reform - The Third Basket from the point of view of science and practice". Numerous interesting speakers will provide a critical evaluation of the practical need for a third basket and and will analyse issues of relevance to education, science and research in today's knowledge and information society.
