The latest issue of the German-language journal GEGENWORTE, which is entitled Science goes online. Publishing and Communicating in the Internet Age, deals with the current debate on Open Access. The journal is published by the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of the Sciences and Humanities (BBAW), which has been operating the digitisation and Open Access project Telota since 2002.
