Online-Workshop "Erwerbung neu denken: Ansätze zur Schaffung eines integrierten Informationsbudgets" Austausch zu den Herausforderungen der Budgetentwicklung für die Erwerbungsleitung Im Rahmen der Open-Access-Transformation ist eine Umschichtung des Bibliotheksetats auf Institutionsebene erforderlich, denn es werden zunehmend Publikationszahlungen anstelle von Subskriptionszahlungen getätigt. Dies bringt einige neue Herausforderungen mit sich. Beispielsweise ist ein Monitoringverfahren notwendig, um die Publikationen und damit verbundenen Kosten zentral zu erfassen. Viele Prozesse müssen erfasst, angepasst und gegebenenfalls neu aufgesetzt werden. Der Online-Workshop richtet sich an Erwerbungsleitungen von Bibliotheken, die sich diesen Herausforderungen stellen. Ziel des Workshops ist es, einen Austausch zu aktuellen Vorgängen, Problemen und Lösungsansätzen herzustellen. Eine aktive Teilnahme ist erwünscht. Gemeinsam wollen wir gute Praxisbeispiele sammeln. Das Thema nimmt die Ergebnisse einer in der Community durchgeführten Umfrage auf. Der Workshop findet am Dienstag, den 29.11.2022 von 9.00 bis 10.30 Uhr online statt. Die Zahl der Teilnehmer*innen ist auf 30 begrenzt, Veranstaltungssprache ist Deutsch. We provide a framework for community building in the form of (online) workshops : Here, project members can exchange ideas, discuss relevant topics and benefit from synergies. Vergangene Veranstaltungen Vernetzungsworkshop "Der oa.hub: Sichtbarkeit und Vernetzung von OA-Projekten – Ihre Bedarfe, unsere Services", 4.9.2025 Im Vernetzungsworkshop haben wir unsere aktuellen Services zur Projektdarstellung im oa.hub vorgestellt und mit den Bedarfen von Projektmitarbeitenden abgleichen: Über das Projekt-Review besteht die Möglichkeit, selbst Änderungen an der Darstellung eines Projekts vorzunehmen und so eigenständig Projektarbeiten und -ergebnisse nachhaltig im oa.hub zu verzeichnen und aktuell zu halten. Außerdem haben wir die neue digitale Fokusgruppe „OA-Projekte“ vorgestellt und zum Mitwirken eingeladen: Die Fokusgruppe bietet Projektmitarbeiter*innen einen Rahmen, um sich kennenzulernen, miteinander zu relevanten Themen und Herausforderungen im Projektalltag zu diskutieren und Synergien zu nutzen. Vernetzungsworkshop: "Nachhaltigkeit und Verstetigung von OA-Projekten und -Services", 2.7.2025 Alles hat ein Ende - das gilt insbesondere für Projekte mit ihrer befristeten Laufzeit. Der Vernetzungsworkshop bot Open-Access-Projektmitarbeiter*innen Gelegenheit, gemeinsam relevante Aspekte und Vorgehensweisen u.a. zur Nachhaltigkeit von Projektergebnissen, zur Dokumentation von projektpraktischem Wissen, zu Tools und Workflows zu diskutieren. Den Einstieg in den Workshop bildeten zwei Inputs von Dorothee Graf (UB Duisburg, Landesinitiative openaccess.nrw ) zur nachhaltigen Sicherung und Zugänglichkeit von Projektergebnissen und Martina Benz (KIM Universität Konstanz, open-access.network ) zu verschiedenen Verstetigungsstrategien von Projekten. In einem anschließenden interaktiven Teil hatten die Teilnehmer*innen die Möglichkeit, von ihnen eingebrachte Aspekte im Rahmen eines World Cafés in wechselnden Kleingruppen zu diskutieren und Erfahrungen auszutauschen. Vernetzungsworkshop: "Wie erreichen wir unsere Zielgruppe?", 30.04.2025 Wer in Open-Access-Projekten arbeitet und Services oder Tools anbietet, kommuniziert über Fach- und Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg, über unterschiedliche Kanäle und mit unterschiedlichen Zielen und Zielgruppen. Der Workshop begann mit einem Input von Katja Wermbter (TU Braunschweig, Abteilung IT und forschungsnahe Services, NFDI4Ing und Koordinatorin der digitalen Fokusgruppe Kommunikation ) zum Thema "Kommunikation zu Open Access". Im darauffolgenden interaktiven Teil hatten die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, die eigene Zielgruppenorientierung mithilfe von "Persona"-Templates zu erarbeiten und sich anschließend zu Good Practices, Kommunikationskanälen und -formaten an den jeweiligen Einrichtungen auszutauschen. In this workshop, aimed at the target group of journal publishers, participants received hands-on information on the infrastructure required for flipping a journal and helpful services for this, as well as on various consortium funding initiatives. Die Teilnehmenden hatten die Möglichkeit, in einem strukturierten Peer-to-Peer-Austausch Herausforderungen zu kommunizieren, die im Arbeitsalltag aufgrund der Projektstruktur auftreten, good practices zu teilen und die anderer zu erfahren und so bewährte und neue Strategien kennenzulernen.
