Andreas Kirchner was an Open Access Officer at the Communication, Information, Media Centre (KIM) at the University of Konstanz. He coordinated the BMBF-funded open-access.network project there from 2020 until 2024. He is co-founder of the scholar-led open access publisher meson press (2015) and the open access initiative ScholarLed (2018).
